We require a 50% deposit for all services at the time of booking. The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. If you must cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours ahead of your original appointment time in order to receive your deposit back. Refunds will only be given in the form of spa credit.
